Kings Cross in the Camden borough is one of the largest redevelopments in London. The 67-acre site has a rich history & is being transformed into a new part of the city. With that in mind I wanted to head to Kings Cross real food market located just outside the station . This collection of top-quality artisan food producers have given the square a lot of life. In spring and summer you'll often find me having lunch out in the open square soaking up the sun.
Today we bumped into Burtie who runs Eaten Alive (raw fermented foods) .Burtie is as lively as the market its itself and was more than happy to share his delicious live food products . In his own words 'Fermented foods that are good for the body, made to recipes that put great produce and flavour first. Inspired by tradition, made in London.'
